In stock items will be processed within 3-5 working days. If there are any issues, then you will be contacted as soon as possible to let you know. Any pre-order items will take longer to process and the details will be on the listing but should be a maximum of 3-4 weeks.
EU customers cannot purchase through this site and if through technical issues are able to place an order, this will be cancelled. Please use the Etsy storefront instead.
The shipping option is what is selected at checkout and tracking cannot be added after postage.

Returns
You can return your item to us within 14 days as long as it is in it’s original packaging, unused and in a resaleable condition. Please contact us as soon as possible to process your return via info@hardybarn.co.uk. If the item has been used and isn’t resaleable, then this will be returned to the customer. Unless the item is faulty, then the return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Returns will be processed upon receipt of the goods less any costs incurred due to fees, postage etc. When returning goods, we recommend using a tracked service, as it remains your responsibility until it arrives at our door.
Items from outside the EU must be clearly marked with ‘returned merchandise’ on the customs form, so as not to result in customs charges when it arrives back in the UK.
If your customs form is marked incorrectly, we are unable to pay customs charges for returned parcels and Royal Mail will return your parcel to you.
European Customers
Unfortunately due to Brexit, orders from the EU won’t be accepted through this site. You should not be able to place an order but should this happen due to technical issues, then the order will be cancelled. However, if you wish to purchase any items then please use the Etsy storefront to purchase. If there is not an item listed on Etsy that is available via hardybarn.co.uk, please contact info@hardybarn.co.uk and we will create an Etsy listing for that item, so that you may purchase via Etsy.
Terms and Conditions of Sale
Please note that by purchasing from us, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below. Throughout, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ refer to Hardybarn Designs, and ‘you’ and ‘your’ refer to users of this site/customers.
- All orders are subject to acceptance and to availability of the goods ordered. We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you.
- Payment must clear before goods are dispatched. If payment doesn’t clear immediately, then the processing time will reflect this.
- We make every effort to supply the goods as advertised but reserves the right to supply the goods subject to minor variations in actual dimensions and specifications.
- If there is a major error in a listing, then you will be contacted and given the option for an alternative (if available) or a full refund on your purchase.
- Yarn will arrive in hank form and must be wound into a cake or ball in order to use. Working directly from the hank will make the yarn tangle.
- Every effort is made to ensure photographs reflect the product accurately, however colour varies between computer monitors. Any customer wishing to return yarn based on colour must refer to the returns policy.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer and we cannot be held responsible for any delays or additional costs incurred.
- We are based in the United Kingdom and therefore all prices are in British Pound Sterling; if you are purchasing from outside the UK, currency conversion charges may be incurred by your own bank or our payment processing systems.
